Welcome to Aquanatal®!
If you're pregnant and are wondering how to keep fit and exercise safely, you've come to the right place. Aquanatal® is a unique combination of water fitness and birth preparation classes run by qualified midwives and health professionals. Classes are small and personal, with a maximum of 12 participants. The Instructor is in the water with you during the class, ensuring you are participating safely, and will adjust any exercises to your needs if you have any special circumstances.
I am a midwife, Aquanatal instructor, pilates instructor, and a pregnancy fitness specialist. I've set-up Sydney Aquanatal®, because keeping fit and active during and after pregnancy is important for mother and baby. Aquanatal® exercise benefits your body as well as your mind.
Class Times & Venues:
Aquanatal® classes are available in various venues around Sydney including South Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, St George area, Canterbury-Bankstown, and in the Sutherland Shire. Aquanatal® is a fun, safe, water-based form of exercise specifically designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. All Sydney Aquanatal® Instructors are midwives and specially trained Aquanatal Instructors. You can start Aquanatal® from 14 weeks of pregnancy and again 6 weeks after the birth of your baby.
