Do I need to book in advance? Absolutely. Numbers in each class are limited.

How do I book in: If you've already registered, and purchased a pass, you can book in using the on-line booking system . If you haven't exercised with us before, all you need to do is here.

What to bring: Swimwear and towels (of course), a plastic bottle of water to have by the side of the pool and a snack for afterwards. You can wear a sports bra under your cossie for extra support if you prefer. Please wear non-slip shoes. All the pool equipment you need will be provided. If it's your first time, don't forget to bring your completed registration and medical clearance forms (you can download these from here).
