Hi Donna,
The water exercises were really helpful for me to get rid of the lethargy. 1 hour of training gave me lot of strength throughtout the week and also good sleep I must say. I would recommend the aquanatal classes. Thanks Donna for such a wonderful time .. The pelvic ex perhaps helped me all the way in birthing fast and recovery as well.

I loved Donna's aquanatal classes. I couldn't wait to get there each time as I always felt so great after I had exercised with her and the feeling of weightlessness in the water was brilliant.
I have a history of back problems and I went thought my entire pregnancy with out back pain or the need for my chiropractor or osteopath. This was a direct result of the aqua classes and the strength in my back was the best it has been in decades. Another bonus was the upper strength I developed which has helped me to life my little darling now that she is here.
I cant wait to go back to classes with Donna and am counting down the weeks until I can join them again. The other expectant mums there are all very friendly too.

I loved the Aquanatal classes with Donna. They helped not only keep me fit during my pregnancy but also free of aches and pains. Donna is a wonderful teacher and her follow up, emailed advice and general care went above and beyond a normal excerise class.
Aquanatal was also a great opportunity to meet with other Mums to be - I got a bargain on a pram all because a conversation I had in the pool!
I highly recommend Aquanatal.

Donna, I just wanted to say a big thank you for your classes.
Being pregnant has always taken its toll on me physically, and I usually become very immobile. When I found out I was pregnant with twins, I knew I had to find something to help. And your classes certainly did.
I recommend these classes to anyone that is pregnant, but even more so to those pregnant with twins!

First of all, I would like to thank you for brilliant classes. The exercises were so calming and relaxing, it helped me physically for labour and birth. Its a great experience throughout my pregnancy. Will indeed see you for my next pregnancy.

Hi Donna I'd like to thank you for your wonderful classes. They allowed me to not only keep active while pregnant but I also enjoyed having one on one time with bubs. Thanks to Aquanatal I was able to keep up my fitness - with the knowledge that I was always in good hands with Donna. It was always a friendly atmosphere and a good way to relax and just focus on me and bub. the Aquanatal classes were wonderful. Before joining the classes, I was apprehensive of the fact that I can not swim, but the attention and support you have provided me during the class made the aquanatal experience a very pleasant one for me and I felt physically active which otherwise wouldnot have been possible.

Hi Donna, I'm so glad I came across your website and decided to go along to your classes. Prior to my pregnancy I was quite active and wanted to stay that way throughout the pregnancy (for as long as possible). As you would know it gets harder to be active as the months go along, but your aqua natal classes made exercising seem so easy with a big belly !! I was also impressed that you are a mid wife, so I knew you were giving us safe exercises to do, and also good advice throughout the classes.

Dear Donna, thankyou for all your support and reasurance though the Aquanatal classes, you always made an effort to personalise exercises to ensure everyone was comfortable. After each class I felt more and more relaxed with a substantial reduction in back pain. It was great to meet other mums to be as well as be able to exercise in preparation for birth. Such a great experience where I learned plenty about my pregnancy.

In addition to the very nice atmosphere, it provided me with very good exercise and toning. Especially being pregnant with twins, exercise in the water was the only exercise I could do towards the end. Just wanted to say thank you for your great aqua classes, I found these to be so beneficial during my pregnancy and it was a highlight to my week. Thanks to your classes I managed to stay fit and didn't put on too much weight (apart from my huge belly!).

Many thanks Donna. I really enjoyed coming to your classes - you provided the perfect blend of instruction, advice and encouragement, all while keeping us active. I was particularly impressed with how you managed mothers-to-be at different stages of pregnancy and with different fitness levels.
My baby boy Otto loves water - in fact he stops crying at the sound of the tap running for his bath and I can't help wondering if it's linked to me coming to Aquanatal!
I highly recommend your classes to any pregnant woman looking for effective yet relaxing exercise.

Hi Donna,
I have learnt a great deal from you. Even though I had two kids prior I had so much more to learn about what techniques I could use throughout my labour. You have taught me more than any other midwife had! You helped me with cramps, back pains and plenty of other things that come with labour. I really enjoyed your classes and came home relaxed and feeling great.
So a massive THANK YOU to you. Your classes were brilliant and highly recommended.
My baby Lilah loves the water and kicks her little heart out. I hope all women gets as much pleasure, confidence and skills as much as I did.

Thank you for providing such wonderful classes and such a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Being pregnant with twins your classes were the only exercise I could manage and I loved that I could work to my own pace every week depending on my energy level, I really looked forward to my classes and felt 100% relaxed and rejuvenated during and after wards oh and did I mention "weightless" in the water !!
